Wheelhouse is the newest concept from the Georgetown Events Hospitality Group, opened 4 weeks ago in Chevy Chase. Designed as a full-service restaurant and bar, Wheelhouse brings together great food, a vibrant atmosphere, and genuine hospitality to create a neighborhood go-to.

We are looking for  hard-working, team-oriented servers who bring great energy, strong hospitality, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

• Create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest through warm, attentive, and personalized service
• Guide guests through the menu with confidence, offering thoughtful recommendations and genuine hospitality
• Take food and beverage orders accurately while engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Seamlessly enter orders into the POS system and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely, accurate service
• Anticipate guest needs, check in throughout the dining experience, and address any concerns with care and urgency
• Present checks in a timely manner and process payments accurately, maintaining full accountability for all transactions
• Collaborate with bussers, food runners, bartenders, and managers to deliver a smooth, cohesive service experience
• Support the team by completing side work and contributing to the overall flow and success of the restaurant

• Positive attitude and strong team mindset
• 3 years of serving experience 
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize during busy shifts
• A genuine interest in hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
