What is the opportunity?

Working in a fast-paced, agile environment, this role will lead end-to-end implementations of Salesforce
solutions including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, documentation, and training. Additionally, the role will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Salesforce system configurations including custom objects, flows, reports, and dashboards. Partnering with developers
and third-party vendors, it will manage integrations, automations and advanced features while staying current on Salesforce releases and evaluating new features to recommend enhancements and system improvements that add value our end users.

What will you do?

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of Salesforce solutions including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, documentation, training.
  • Manage and maintain system configurations.
  • Delivery of technical documentation and relevant training.
  • Build and enhance business processes using Salesforce flows, validation rules, and other automation tools to reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align system capabilities with evolving business needs.
  • Be a go-to resource for team members for troubleshooting and support.

  • Salesforce hands-on configuration
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator preferred

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
  • Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer
  • Salesforce Certified AI Associate
  • Salesforce Experience Cloud experience

The expected salary range for this particular position is $65,000-$115,000 depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.

You have the potential to earn more through RBC’s discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
