Your Mission:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of residential restoration projects from start to finish
Collaborate closely with Estimators and Restoration Project Managers to ensure jobs are executed with precision and care
Lead field crews, subcontractors, and labor teams, ensuring timelines and budgets are met without compromising quality
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and project managers and estimators
Maintain strong communication with homeowners, adjusters, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional restoration process
What You Bring to the Table:
10+ years of experience in a Restoration Production Manager role or similar within the residential restoration industry
Proven track record of managing multiple projects and teams effectively
Knowledge of insurance restoration procedures, job costing, and project management software
A proactive, leadership-first mindset-with the ability to adapt, lead, and inspire
Commitment to collaborating with Estimators and project managers for successful project outcomes
