Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to join our team, responsible for supporting and enhancing Oracle Fusion HCM applications under an AMS service model.

You will work closely with business users and technical teams to ensure system stability, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence, etc.)
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA
• Handle critical issues (P1) including off-hours/on-call support when required
• Perform root cause analysis and propose long-term solutions
• Support system configuration, enhancements, and change requests
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations (OIC, APIs, PaaS)
• Participate in knowledge transfer (KT) and transition activities
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation (FDD, test cases, SOPs)
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and end users

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, including at least 3 years in Fusion HCM
• Strong expertise in one or more modules: Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence
• Experience working in AMS/support model (L2/L3)
• Good understanding of Oracle Fusion SaaS environment
• Experience in transition/KT phase is an advantage
• Oracle Fusion HCM certification is a plus

Language Requirement

• Good English communication skills (both verbal and written) are mandatory

Working Conditions

• Willing to work aligned with UAE timezone
• Able to support on-call/off-hours for critical incidents (P1)
