Salary: $159,000 - 199,000 per year Requirements:

• We require an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• We look for a strong background in intelligence analysis.
• We prefer experience integrating intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
• We value prior experience with one or more of these platforms: Gotham, AIDP, Gaia, Maven, or Foundry.
• We prefer a technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python, and/or Java.
• We value familiarity with hardware, networking, and server administration.
• We look for experience training analysts in classroom, field, or operational settings.
• We require strong Excel skills.
• Military or special operations experience is a plus.

• We work side by side with analysts to train, mentor, and support users.
• We troubleshoot technical issues and help develop new use cases.
• We solve complex and unique operational problems.
• We embed with high-impact units to understand their operational and technical needs.
• We facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise.
• We provide desk-side training to analysts.
• We train analysts and operators in classroom and operational environments.
• We staff the help desk and respond to user requests.
• We partner with the engineering team to resolve issues.
• We share product feedback with our engineering team.
• We proactively build relationships with users at customer sites and identify use-case gaps.
• We create initial dashboard products and support users in building questions.
• We answer questions from senior leaders.

We are hiring for a Field Support Representative position based in Jordan on a 90/90 rotation, with 90 days on duty in Jordan followed by 90 days off at your home of record.
