Environmental Associate Attorney
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on land use entitlements and development approvals
- Handle CEQA and environmental review process
- Work on zoning, planning, and regulatory permitting issues
- Support or lead land use litigation as needed
- Assist with large-scale public and private development projects
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of legal experience
- Strong background in California Environmental Quality Act
- Knowledge of zoning, planning, and California land use law
- Experience with regulatory permitting and environmental review
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
