Position Summary

SigmaCorps Solutions is seeking an Asset Manager to lead Organic Counter-Small Unmanned Aircraft System (O-CsUAS) Government Furnished Property and inventory activities. Working under the Task Order Manager and in close coordination with the Fixed Site Sr. Asset Manager, this role is accountable for property accountability, Key Supporting Documentation management, shipping and receiving, and Government Furnished Equipment preparation for O-CsUAS systems in support of PdM O-CsUAS.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner for O-CsUAS Government Furnished Property and inventory functions.

• Maintain accurate property records in GCSS-MC, ELMS (DPAS), and any O-CsUAS Accountable Property System of Record for all O-CsUAS assets.

• Manage Government Furnished Equipment preparation, processing, and tracking, including coordination with manufacturers for shipment preparation, packaging, and documentation.

• Support the introduction of O-CsUAS systems into the appropriate property system and their provisioning for potential transition to organic support under the O-CsUAS Program of Record.

• Support PdM O-CsUAS site portfolio audits, including tracking and management of all O-CsUAS assets at the SigmaCorps facility, Camp Pendleton, deployed inventories, and local site spares.

• Prepare and validate Key Supporting Documentation for all O-CsUAS inventory transactions.

• Report discrepancies and deficiencies to the Contracting Officer's Representative and support corrective action and disposition.

• Coordinate classified shipping and receiving of O-CsUAS property in compliance with DoDI 5200.01.

• Support the Monthly Status Report with O-CsUAS inventory metrics and transaction summaries.

• Support the Task Order Manager and Sr. Asset Manager on audits, site visits, and PdM reviews.

Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of experience in DoD property accountability, inventory management, or warehouse operations.

• Hands-on experience with GCSS-MC, ELMS (DPAS), or equivalent DoD property management systems.

• Working knowledge of FAR 52.245-1, DFARS 252.245-7003, and MCO 4400.201 Vol 13.

• Experience with Key Supporting Documentation for Government Furnished Property transactions.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple inventories.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Must be able to stand, lift at least 50 lbs, and perform physical warehouse tasks for extended periods.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience supporting PM GBAD, MARCORSYSCOM, O-CsUAS, or similar Counter-UAS programs.

• Familiarity with DLA procurement systems.

• Forklift / Materials Handling Equipment certification.

• Military/DoD background preferred; veteran strongly preferred.

Education

High School Diploma required. Additional technical training or certifications in a related field are a plus.

Working Conditions

• Standard office and warehouse environments at the SigmaCorps facility in Stafford, VA (within 5 road miles of MCB Quantico via Russell or Fuller Gates).

• CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required for test events, Product Manager meetings, and audit support.

• Work is conducted within SigmaCorps' ISO 9001:2015-certified Quality Management System.

• Facility operates with active Top Secret Facility Clearance and Secret safeguarding.

Security Clearance Requirements

This position requires an Active SECRET security clearance. Candidates must be eligible to receive and use a Common Access Card (CAC). Classified handling responsibilities are executed in compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), DoDI 5200.01, and the SigmaCorps DD-254.
